ND PAPER<02689> - Amendment to Results Announcement (Advised by ND PAPER)

The Stock Exchange has received a message from Nine Dragons Paper
(Holdings) Ltd. which is reproduced as follows:-

"We refer to the Announcement Summary submitted to the Stock Exchange on 
20th September 2006 and would like to advise that Profit after Tax and MI 
for the year ended 30 June 2006 increased by 352.6% over that of 2005 and 
is 452.6% of that of 2005. The discrepancy is due to different 
interpretation in the calculation."
